My wagon wont shift above 2nd. Got on the accelerator a little and I heard a clunk. Didn't think anything of it, kept driving and notice it was not shifting correctly. Revs all the way up to 4k while in 2nd and doesn't seem to want to shift. I'm not sure if this is a common problem with Audi's or not. I'm thinking that the transmission fluid might be direly low.

Please help, the wife is gonna kill me.

Hey, There! I have a similar problem on my 1995 A6 Q, except after i shut the engine off and start it back on-the probleme GONE!!! This problem happens when i drive too fast on curves or after i push too hard on brakes,or after parking on uneven surface.. After flushing transmission fluid the problem did not go away.My guess is it caused by some sensor...any advice will be greatly appreciated:) thanks
