PR codes,use them all the time if I dont VIN drive the vehicle I am working on, and oh yes, talk about lovely coding, adaptations and bit coding, love all the new stuff on the A8L and A6

hi, block codes and adaptations on audi's have stumped me on a few occasions and would love some info on them, i currently have an A8 in the workshop with a display control problem where i think the control module has lost its coding due to a flat battery (fault code 01042 control module). audi are reluctant to provide this code.. how would i get this code without going through the main dealer.

Audi uses approximately 10.000 codes.
if you send an email to [email protected], you will receive the free programme of decoding of the Audi codes.
These codes do not have anything commun run with codes "defects".
