Hey guys, have a few upgrade questions my 4.2Q. An answer to any of these would be greatly appreciated. :wacko:

1) Can I put 03-04 taillights in a 00?

2) Has anyone had any experiance with an eibach pro kit for the 4.2? (want to lower it, but not by much)

3) What chip would you recommend and around what's the cost?
(will it do any damage to the engine?)

4)Is there ANY were I can get an OEM antenna housing (fin on the roof)
(I already have GPS, I just like the way they look. B)

chips for a n/a engine like your 4.2 dont really do as much as they do for a turbo engine.. the gains are minimal - somewhere in the ballpark of 5hp.

i would,however, recomend a tranny chip (GIAC makes a good one) which will update your tranny software to make your trans shift more agressivly. it will also alow the tiptronic to hold first gear

yes, but its huge hassle.. not to mention a wiring nightmere. you'd have to drill a hole in the roof and rewire the whole GPS system - no thanks
