Hi there Audi World

i wondered if anyone could help me. i recently bought an Audi A3 convertible on a 58 plate. since owning it i have noticed a really annoying rattle when going over bumps i originally thought it was the spare wheel tray but its not that. Having looked under the car i can see these 2 trays. i dont suppose anyone knows what they are for and what screws/bolts hold them up and how many screws/ bolts they need.
forgive my amateurish approach but this is new to me. any help greatly received.
