I know there has been lots of chat about headlights, but I am still frustrated! I have a '98 B5 S4 Avant and I want to change a main beam bulb. A couple of years ago someone told me how to get the light units out so that I could change a Xenon bulb, but I've forgotten how I did it!! I have (obviously) removed the two Torx screws at the tops of the units but cannot see or find any lower fixings that I know must be there. The backs of my hands now look worse for wear! Can someone please help me remember how to get at the bulbs on this car?

No need to remove the headlight... just open the cover closest to the radiator, remove the connector, pop the bulb clip loose and pull out the bulb... its really simple.
