Let's seeeee....
On my A6, by the time I had 58K miles on it, I had
- 5 radios
- 4 gas gauges
- 1 electronic dash
- 1 set of front rotors and pads
- 5 engine light repairs (indicating major engine failure)
- 3 cable harness failures
- 1 engine computer module $2100
- 1 ABS controller $1200
- 1 set of fuel injectors
- 1 temperature sensor
- 1 water pump
- 1 thermostat
- 6 recalls
On top of that... Audi/USA has (in my opinion) a scam operation
with their "customer advocates"... all trained to offer the same
phrase: "we are sorry we cannot meet your expectations".
Just my opinion, of course.
It's your choice to proceed but be very careful... I just don't know
if you (or anyone) can be careful enough. I just dumped my Audi.
I will N-E-V-E-R buy another one. But that's my choice.
