S8 limp mode

Hi have a S8 gone into limp mode. EPC on dash in orange and also traction control light on.
Scanned and came back with ECU error code of no communication between ecu's. Spoke to Audi they said needed two new ECUs, which I doubted, but I replaced both and re flashed, same problem still exists.
Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Hi Tony.

I have the same problem, last week on my S8 V10.

I had this problem intermittently over the last 6 years. I could tell you stories.

So did you get your car out of limp mode?? Mines In the garage, they will hook it up, found a communication problem.
