Hey guys,

I'm pretty fresh into the auto world and just finished up a bent valve job on my 2011 A4 2.0T (thanks youtube). The car starts again which is a huge win, but now it wont drive the way it used to.. It has a very low rumble to it now and has trouble getting to/past 60 mph. Does anyone have any ideas or tips on whats wrong or where i should be looking?

I appreciate any help!

I would start by checking your timing Mark's on the cam and crank shaft.
I'm not sure that you are aware that you actually have to advance 1 tooth because after you release the belt tensioner it changes the crank timing/position.
Hope this helps.easist way to check is,remove #1 sparkplug ,slide a ratchet extension in the hole so it rests on the piston.turn engine over by hand until cam timing Mark lines up with mark on engine.
Now,,continue turning engine over in same direction and see if extension rises a bit more.
If it does then you know your crank is off timing
