At 200 k it should be due for its 3 timing belt and cam seals and the crank seal if this has been done your good to go

I would be more worried about other systems in the car than the engine. 200k is a lot of miles for any car. Electrical issues start popping up. Relays and sensors fail. Brake lines corrode. Rubber seals, belts, and hoses deteriorate. I'm not saying don't buy it, but make sure you get it for a great price in case you need to sink some money into it.
