The Bosch Motronic ECU will be fighting the aftermarket boost controller for contol of the boost!A tap (leak) in the boost line to the wastegate will be perceived as a boost leak by the ECU and boost will be lowered to try and maintain the correct boost levels mapped out in the ECU.
