Hey all,

I am having issue of power steering fluid leaking quite bad. Yesterday i topped up full but today it left half the tank and the rest leaked down spewing some on the exhausts as well.

What could have caused this? Is it just an issue of changing the hoses or i have to get the rack replaced? How do i check this? Does anyone here could explain to me where are the hoses located exactly so i could do some DIY myself?

What year and engine do you have? The hoses on my a6 3.0 are buried on the front of the engine there are 2 alone on the high pressure side and a long hose on the return . Fill the fluid and shine a flash light to see what’s going on !
