I'm in need of new tires for my 2008 TT Roadster. The OEM tires are Continental Conti Pro Contact. The specs are 225/50 R17 94H. Does anyone have any recommendations for replacements? I live in the Chicago area and want an all season tire. Thanks.

Hi! I have recently installed a new set of Continental Conti Sport Contact 3 on my TT.
Surprisingly nice comfort and good grip on both dry and wet tarmac. I recomend them.

I live near Seattle, and use all-seasons only. just put these on 2 days ago: Conti ExtremeContact DWS 245/40-18.

The OEM tires on my 08 coupe were Bridgestone RE050, showing wear at 23k miles. Felt risky continuing on them as the winter approaches.

I chose the DWS based on several online reviews, as well as the lower price vs performance ratio. Initial impressions: much quieter now, grip is fantastic (but all new tires sould be...). I read comments about soft sidewalls, but have not experienced that for myself yet. 36 PSI all round.

My all-time fav tire is still the Michelin Pilot Sports A/S Plus. Still using them on the wife's E500 wagon, and were on my Crossfire. They are quiet as well, and the E500 has almost 20k miles in them already. I love the tread-design.

Just my limited $0.02 :)
