New member question

I’m about to buy a used 2016 Audi A3 2.0 tdi 184 s line saloon.
Hoping to get some pointers on what common problems to look out for on the test drive next week.
So far I have..
Front suspension noise
Whistling coming from air con
Power steering noise.

The car has full service history but doesn’t look like it’s had a timing belt change done in its life time.
Its mileage is under the 40-60000mile recommended change but at 7 years old I think it qualifies to be changed.
Should I expect the dealer to change this free of charge before sale?
Their warranty states timing belt failure is covered as long as it’s been maintained to the manufacturer’s spec. So if they refuse to carry out the work I’m assuming they’re knowingly voiding their own warranty.
This is up in the air at the minute because I’m yet to have that conversation with them. Just after a bit of advice.
