New here with a question?

Just bought a 2013 S6. Looks like it’s missing a protective plate on I believe the transmission or transfer case. Didn’t get that far underneath to figure out exactly as I didn’t have jack stands handy. Taking it back to the dealer on Monday as it also has a cel saying O2 sensor. Could u help me with that cover. Have enclosed a pic. Thanks in advance for your help!
