Hi to everyone! I just got me an Audi tt a few months ago, love it!, and notice the same 'knocking' noise, but when I'm shifting from 1st to 2nd. It only happens occasionally but it drives me nuts. I'm still trying to figure out what it is but no luck yet. When i do, i'll let ya know. Sorry couldn't be more help.
