i have leaks in my vacuum lines and it will cost $500 to fix! is they charging me too much? is this a really serious problem?

well I have a vaccum leak on my turbo intake elbow and its causing me all sorts of problems like i have half the power i usually do so it can be but i dont know what your exact problem is
