I have a audi 2.0 fsi sport which i brought from new. It is now 2 years old and have had nothing but problems with, Ok, Audi sorted out a few but not all of them. Has anyone else noticed how poor audi aftersales care is.
I have written to audi UK explaining the problems and they just put you in touch with the dealer. The dealers never respond to calls and can be very frustrating.
They put on the service sheet that my clutch is slipping and needs to be replaced at £950. I had a bit of a moan as the car hasn't done many miles and needs replacing before the brake pads. They then test drove it for a second time and said the clutch is not slipping.
1) did they do the service correctly.
2) Are they justing trying to rip me off £950
I still have warranty on the car.
I love this car but not the aftersales help. They put it done to a written error on the service sheet?????????
