Hi Boys and Girls

I was flicking through Ebay the other day and I noticed this item. I’ve never heard of this before and I was wondering if you have ever come across it?

Its meant to unlock your dash so where your little display shows your average fuel consumption and trip time, it can then show you actual speed and revs and other little gadgets.

Any help would be gratefully accepted.
