Engine Shiver

Hi, My engine gives a shiver/rattle when I disengage the accelerator. usually only happens when the engine has warmed up.

A friend of mine has an A3 1.8T and has the exact same problem but neither my garage nor his can sort sort it?

Does anyone know what this issue is?
