i dont even think 87's came equipped with knock sensors.. its probably connecting rod knock. remove crank, reinstall new conn rods.. enjoy ;-) but if your going through all that trouble, you mine as well drop a 10v turbo in.. or research stroked 10v's.. since that requires removing crank/rods and install diff pistons.. 2.5L 10v anyone?
