Hello, newbie here to this forum.

I received a 1988 Audi 80 (non quattro) for free. So far I've replaced all the brakes, rebuilt the rear calipers myself, got it running too. I have a few questions...

1. How do I bleed the clutch? I ended up draining the master cylinder due to rebuilding the rear calipers. I tried a mityvac (vacuum bleeder) should I use a pressure bleeder or is there a certain *trick*?

2. My 80 is a very early model and it seems that the strut is combined with the spindle. Is it cheap/easy to replace struts with this style setup. (I plan on doing the work myself, i've done struts before and figure on paying around $50 a strut on average)
