corrado g60. massive spec. with plate G60BV
All parts have been fitted whist I have own the car. I bought it 2002, car id checker passed. car mantained at any cost. i have every recipt old mot certificates and tax discs. mot was june 25th and pass with flying colours.
Body work.
Painted pearl matalic white. – a bike colour
Smoothed body all over. Genuine us spec front bumper, smoothed lines and indicators smoothed. Erased side repeaters and washer jets. Bonnet has lourves over the air filter. Smoothed sill’s and jacking points, late audi handes. Pulled and rolled arches. Smoothed roof rails -not just filled, a metal plate was welded in then smoothed over. Rear bumper is smoothed, all the lines have been smoothed out toeing eye blanked and rear number plate recess plastic welded in, with working plate light. Tail gate is smoothed out, rear plate light smoothed and rear wash removed , back panel swag lines smoothed and badge holes smoothed. Paint is beautiful, and after its been washed and polished in the sun, it brings out other colours. new head lamps and uprated loom, on both main and high beam. rear in-pro lights red and white .
Drive train and chassis
Front brakes are seat ibitza cupra R brakes. 305mm discs and brembo 4 pots. With braided lines through out the car, discs are crossed drilled.
Rear brakes are cross drilled new bearings. New master cylinder and 5.1dot fluid
New bearings on the front and vr6 hubs and new cv joints. Car is now 5x100mm not 4x100mm. new rear axel bushes. Up front new wishbones with poly bushes in and ARB poly bushes. Koni coilovers – fully adjustable. Vr6 top mounts. new bottom ball joint.
Engine
Brand new engine rebuild. –under 3k miles. will get 30 mpg. just got 320 miles on a tank- motorway. good for 245bhp 14.5sec qutr mile
Full G-WERKS engine. 1.9 ( 83mm pistons) fully balance bottom end, new bearing etc. vr6 clutch, lightened g60 flywheel.. Cnc ported head. G-werks spec newman cam, piper adjustable cam pulley. Grey motor sport injectors. G-werks 4 branch manifold and custom exhaust 2.5” bore. 2 boxes. Ported inlet manifold, throttle, custom focus rs chargecooler 3” boost pipes. Gt4 pre rad, Erl quamist water injection and a gallon tank in boot. G-werks front engine mount. Diesel gear box mount, vibratech rear engine mount. Custom road mapped chip, 65mm tooth belt pulley with new belt. st4 charger rebuilt last year by G-werks. New cam belt and tensioner. New water pump. New alternator. New starter motor. New distributor. New coil. New ignition leads. New g40 plugs. New rad connectors and head coolant conectors, mocal remote oil cooler. New g60 lambda probe, Gearbox has new oil. New fuel filter. jabba sport induction kit, boost return deleted
Wheels
Audi TT competition compromotive alloys. Professionally polished with new yoko parada 205 40 17 tyres.
Interior
Just bought some second hand leather seats. Platinum grey. Worn drivers side bolster. Audi tt roster pedals., standard wheel. Late spec indicators, shift light display in the console-Looks factory. New oil pressure and boost gauge both smoked screens in pillar pod a new saga air fuel monitor running off a separate heated lambda. R&B motor sport ACT gauge. ( actual charge temperature) in switch gear. A small fire extinguisher. Genuine Porsche 996 leather gear shift. And a B&M short shift. Vw Pheoton interior lights added in to the bottom console. Button to open boot. new windcreen, and seal, new door window scrapper seals.
ICE and security
Alpine head unit. Model CDA-9811R. cd, 3 outputs. 4x50w head output not being used. everything is off the amp.
Alpine v12 amp 5 channel. Only front and sub being used. But all channels are wired in. just requiring rear speakers of your choice.
Kicker components in front door with Kenwood competition tweeters. Vibe 10” ported sub in vibe box. Custom boot install,
Clifford 300 alarm. With auto closure- window and door locks boot release. And auto car start, and kill.
