Same problem coolant light

Morning

I have a very similar problem, when you put the key in and turn the warning lights light as they should but at the top in the middle to the left side is a coolant type flag symbol flashing in red.

When you start the car it stops and is never seen again.

The problem is the car does not like to go past 3000 rpm or 80mph I'm presuming it's in limp mode? Would the coolant light do this or would it be a knock sensor or something else.

Previousy the middle exhaust which is all in once with cat was leaking since been replaced and battery disconnected to clear ecu. The drive before clearing the ecu was worse, so now someone tell me how to get the bloody thing out of limp mode.... Lol
