One of the cars scan for codes was:

Engine:18020-p1612=Engine control
Module Incorrectly coded
17544-p1136=Fuel trim,Bank 1system too lean
17658-p1250=fuel level too low
17546-p1138=fuel trim bank 2 system too lean

ABS: 0031-abs return flow pump (w39)

Any idea what does it mean?Should I give a second thought before consider buying?

The engine codes you have might indicate:
1. the original engine ECU was replaced with another one, and not coded right, or
2. it's still the original engine ECU in the car, but it's faulty or it's been tampered with.

In either cases, the additional fuel trim errors indicate that the ECU management does not function properly on that particular engine. You'd most probably notice this on a test drive with the car.

Now, you could get away with only a proper recoding of the ECU, and have a happy engine. But it's risky. I'd really stay away from that car. If it were this simple, the dealership would've done it before selling the car.
