My central locking pump has given up on me and i wish to replace it with a second hand one (probably from ebay) but what i am concerned about is do the numbers on the pump have to match exactly. e.g. my old pump has the number 8LO 862 257 on it and the replacementas i have seen have the same last 6 numbers but different first 3 digits. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance
