I have a 98 audi A-6, This is the 2nd time that my CD player does not work, 1st time was under warranty. CD's are not loading, showing an error. Anybody else experience this problem?

HI, I have an A6 as well, and have a 10 stacker, and get an error when it trys to play a cd "E-04"
is this the same error?

Its very annoying. I dont know how to go about getting it sorted out.
