Hi,

I've just got to add a cd changer to the concert system. What makes/models will interface with the factory head unit. I've got a din type plug coming out from the boot which looks likely to be used for this. Is this compatable for all cd changers?

Also, sometimes when adjusting the volume is gets very load the the volume mutes. Any ideas why/how to sort it out?

The plug in the boot is only compatable with audi/vw OEM cd changers. there are tons for sale on ebay. There are two dif. plugs which audi uses - they cant really be confused. One is a circular plug and the other is retangualr.

Just buy the changer, plug it in, and you're good to go.
