Hello recent purchased my 2012 Q5 I’m just wondering if anyone had found brakes that don’t put out a lot of brake dust? Cleaning my rims is very tasking!

Put on cheap ones off eBay and listen to them squeal or just clean your wheels like a good Audi owner

EBC Red stuff, are super kind to the rotors so they last much longer, give better performance than OEM pad, produce little dust that can easily be washed off without chemicals

I have a 2014 Q5 TDI and I (with the help of my brothers) replaced the "original" brakes at 74,000-miles! Amazing! I used FCP Euro as the source for the front and rear packages. The front: Zimmerman rotors and Akebono pads. The rear: Zimmerman rotors and Textar pads. I have almost no brake dust on the front wheels! It's a different story with the rear. The Textar pads leave a lot of dust on the wheels. Overall, however, braking is fabulous! I'd recommend the Zimmerman/Akebono packages front and rear.
