Just baught an Audi 80e 2000 1995. When warmed up it was ticking over at 1200 rpm a bit high i thaught, had a poke around under the bonet and saw the leed to the idle control valve was disconected. Reconected it thinking it would solve the problem and haypresto the tickover went to 2000 rpm and then back to 900 and back to2000 after pressing the accelorator. I have tryed cleaning it, is it the bypas unit or somthing els. Can anyone help.
