I'm thinking about upgrading my OEM hologen Headlights to HID XENON OEM lights!!
Can someone give me some instructions how to and web link/store that I could purchase thIS item at resonable price !!!

Go to "What fits my Car?" in the Car Products column on the left and then enter your year, make, model and they should have it under the " Shop for Custom Car Accesories That Fit" for Headlight Bulbs

I did this exact upgrade. It is very plug and play, just buy 2 complete headlight assemblies (make sure it has bulbs and ballasts). I got mine from ebay about $300 each, but well worth it. It looks awesome at night, and can be aimed higher than the stock xenon because no autolevelers exist. I had it installed professionally for about $180, but if you know how to remove the bumper you can do it yourself.

I have a 2000 A6 4.2,and would very much like to do the same thing.
