Hi I have a 2009 Audi Q7 the amplifier got soaked with water had to repair the sunroof leak amd purchased a new amplifier board on eBay. Lots of people told it won’t work but I spent $187.00 on the new board made in China and open amplifier housing and took the old amplifier board out once installed took my Q7 to a an dealer here in Florida USA and they coded it to my car and it has been working great with no issues. My Q7 uses a Bose model amplifier. Most oem amplifiers are Made in China.

call another Audi dealer if you plan to do the same process I did. You might find good used on EBay. If you go to the dealer directly they will charge you around $1,500 - $2,000 dollars for a new amplifier.
