I run a small speciality classic car company and have the following questions for you specialists. I have an Audi 80 1984 Quatro that needs much bigger brakes. I have read a lot on the net and want to know the following. When did the hubs go to 100mm. can you fit any other struts to get 5 bolt wheels on the car. What happened in 1988 to the so called 1 piece Mcpherson. Can you use the struts from an Audi 100. How do you do the rear if you go to 5 bolt wheels. What outer drive shaft end do you need to fit to the front suspension. In fact any info would help me a great deal. Goal is to have much bigger brakes at the front and if possible 5 bolt 16in wheels all round.
