Amp Install - Power Wire Through Firewall?

Im gonna run 4gauge - anyone got some easy suggestions on getting through the firewall? Im sure ill find somethin pretty easy (hopefully) just asking for any whos done an install - just makes it that much easier :)

go where the throttle cable goes good space there B)
cool - i figured somethin like that - thats usually got a nice big gromet to get though...ill check it out :) Thanks for the reply
just thought of this.. you may not need to go thru the firewall at all... newer audis have a large guage power wire running into the passenger area which powers the fuse box etc... you could just tap into that.. its a big enough wire to power an amp with on problem. just a thought
i see what i think is the ecu on the drivers side, its black with a few torx bits holding it in place, if i remove the bolts, can i easly see some areas to run wire though? I looked on the pass side, ther are good spots from the engine compartment, but when i took off hte glovebox, i noticed it was realllllly hard to get any wire pulled through!

i ran my 4 guage on the drivers side into the small fender opening into the car under the carpet, its even hard to see :)
can you be more specific? any pics?

Not sure i know where the "small fender opening" is..

i just noticed this post i can but i got to pick up my camera..dont wanna use the cell phone its not very clear yet look on the drivers side inbetween the quarterpanel the door and the winshield a arm you will see a small opening where the wiring can be run
