I hv a 2004 model allroad 2.5 TDI. I hv faced with a problem on braking and central braking system were changed. Besides, there are couple of problems which hv made me unhappy such as dashboard lights. it has gone and coming back when the car has vibration temporarily  Moreover,I've noticed that there is a terrible turbulance on a sunroof when you are cruising between the 50km - 75km when it's opened till the end. That makes a unbelievable pressure to ears. :(

i don't know about the breaking and dash light problem, but as far as the sunroof...

thats why they put a 'comfort posistion' spot on the sunroof dial (see your owners manual for more information)

Also on the sunroff- if you need to have it open all the way at high speed try cracking the windows a little. The draft trying to pull out of the car can not be supplied by the ac vents alone, the air has to come from somewhere. It proof of how tight the car is.

I'm pretty unhappy with the sunroof as well, it seems to be something all Audi's have done for years, at least every one I ever owned did. I don't understand why they would build the car like this, if the roof can only open so far without creating the problem why not limit the opening to that point, period? I've noticed on my '04 allroad that if I open the rear windows only I have the same problem, and it's truly awful, really hurts your ears! Again, I've never owned a car that I couldn't roll the windows down!
As to the brakes, I don't know if the TDI is different than our USA cars, but I was initially disappointed with the brakes on our new allroad, and while I still don't like the feel, I've gotten used to them by now.

As far as the ear-killing noise when back windows only are open, my '00 Grand Cherokee (fare the well...you've been replaced) had the same exact problem, a front window had to be open to negate this effect...sooo, not just an Audi problem.
