hi guys need your help i own a 2000 audi a4 1.8 t sport with a airbag problem i went to my local garage and had the fault code read it showed
01217-side airbag igniter driver side (n199)
32-00- resistance too high
i then asked if he could fix it he replied main dealer audi quote anything from £400-£1000 what a joke i have since found out it could be wiring under the seat if this is the case how do i fix it do i have dissconect the battery to check the wiring plugs. Strip engines all day do not like electronics any idears thanx for taking the time to read :beer:

its a black wire with yellow at the ends ( thats what it is in the rear of an 02 anyway ). But yea the do become loose very easy get some electrical tape and tape them together.
