A6 M Tronic Transmission Problem

Please help, i have recently purchased an A6 avant 2.5 turbo diesil with the m tronic gear box. As the car is changing gear it seems to judder as it does so. It could also be described as vibrating as the car selects the next gear. This judder is definately happening as a result of the car changing gear. Is there any body out there with experiance of dealing with this problem, and please would you be so kind as to pass this information on to me so i can hane the problem resolved.

Thank you for your reply, yes it does happen in non-manual mode and i do have my foot on the gas as it is going through the gears.
