Does anyone know how they get an extra 60 hp from the same motor? Can I just buy an S8 chip/ECU from a 2001 and get the same results. Or is is different camshafts/intake etc.? Please help

its basically chip and exhaust... go for the A6 4.2 its lighter and a more fun car.

I am looking at a 2007 s8 with 95k. How long will it go before a major overhaul. 190k or more with proper oil changes?
