I have a 2003 A4 2.0 FSi. with the earlier Audi fitted bodykit.
I know the later, less aggresive, one is referred to as the GMBH kit, but does anyone know what the earlier one is called?
Also, the car sounds slightly "gruff" when accelerating, compared to a "normal" petrol engine. I know its a high compression, direct injection engine, but do other FSi owners experience this?

hi
No. That looks like the 2004 onwards, GMBH body kit to me.
The one on mine has a deeper front spoiler. It's Audi factory fitted, and although quit rare in the UK, you do see them now and then. I've heard it called an RS 4 kit, but not sure. I understand that, with the 17" Kraft wheels, it was a £3500 option. Hence rare!

Hi

That's the very one, except mines got just a lip spoiler on the boot lid!
Its in Atlas Grey pearl, with charcoal interior.
Will try to post pics soon.

I was a bit worried that the front low spoiler would ground to often, but as yet it hasn't happened. It helps being an SE, rather than a Sport, which sits about 22 mm lower.

The Audi body kit and 17" Kraft alloys makes it look so different ,and much more purposeful, than a normal A4.

It really does look superb, like yours!
