Hello, I bought my 1st Audi, and IO love it. It does need a few things which I bought,. one of them is the VSS and AC needs work. so I have spent over 10 hours trying to locate the VSS. IO have images of where it is. it is located on driver side axle, above it near the knock sensor.
So i jack up the car remove the tire remove the axle shield which was held by 3 bolts., the middle one took forever. and nothing no VSS, I see the knock sensor where it is supposed to be, but no VSS. what is going on? on a 2004 v6 is it somewhere else?
Lastly my AC blows hot. I bought a re charge kit, connect to the fill plug, and the the psi jumped to 60 psi on the bottle gauge. the instructions say of it is over 50 psi that i need to have it serviced? what needs to be done? the owners manual says if coolant level is too low or coolant temp is high the AC wont run to protect the motor. my coolant level is perfect, and temp is solid in the middle of the gauge.
