a3 fuses and relays

the fuses are on the side of the panel beside the steering wheel. u need to open the drivers door then prise off a cover and the fuses are there.
This might come too late for you, but hopefully someone finds it helpful:
The relays (wipers, etc.) are located behind the instrument panel / mask below the steering wheel, on the left. To access them, you need to open a couple of screws from the lower part of the mask, as well as from the fuse panel on the left.
