Hi all,

I am trying to get the pilot bearing out from my 200 Turbo Quattro because the cage exploded and I would like to replace the bearing while I am changing the clutch.

Since the cage exploded (reason for changing clutch) I cannot resort to my typical methods of pulling out the pilot bearing. all that is left is the outer race pressed into the crankshaft.

I tried drilling and the material CUT GROOVES IN MY DRILL BITS!!!!!! I am up against a metal stronger than tool steel.

Please help.
