Hello,
I picked up my new 2021 S8 on June 1st and have not been able to login into the MMI MyAudi system yet. The app works fine on my iPad and iPhone where I can update my miles, locate my car, lock and unlock.
However, when the MMI asks me to log in using the MyAudi credentials, it continues tell me that the login was unsuccessful.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Anyone know about a solution?

I am having the same issue. I have to go to the dealer for verification apparently which my product specialist told me a few days ago. I’ve put a call in to the dealership to have him verify that I didn’t rob a bañk and the vehicle is really mine and I’m really a person. You may have to do the same. I am three days into the 2021 Q8 Premium Plus ownership 🙌

I’m glad that you got your Q8 straightened out. I’ve been told by the dealer that the issue that I’m dealing with is unique To 2021 A8 and S8s.
I am trying to find out how many others are being impacted and if anyone has a solution yet.

I bought a new A8L about two weeks ago and have the same issues. I was able to set up my Key User information with the Dealer's help, but could not login to the MMI with my credentials. The dealer had me reset my password on MyAudi app and it still wouldn't work so we called Audi Connect at 877-505-2834 and received a recording that said it is down and they are working on it. Dealer said it happens often and sometimes will stay down for a few weeks at a time. I just tried to call again and the recording is still stating that it's down.

Hello everyone,
I bought a 2021 S5 and am unable to utilize MyAudi.I was verified by the dealership/Audi’s tech support is of no help.I’m frustrated…

Has anyone been able to resolve this issue yet? It’s been more than a month since I picked up the S8 and still cannot log in.

No I just tried and no luck either. I called the Audi Connect number and they still have a recording on that says that Audi Connect is down. I've been trying a month now so beats me when or if they will fix it.

I still can’t log in, what did you have to do? Any suggestions appreciated. I called Audi North America and they are no help at all.

When all else fails, send an email explaining your situation to Audi AG Customer Service in Germany.
