Greetings. I just bought a used 2017 A5 (which I love), but I have a seat position memory issue. My wife and I both use the car and my key fob remembers my seat position but my wife's doesn't. The owners manual says that each driver should use their own key fob because they both store and retain the seat position memory (I'm 6'1" and she's 5'4" --so it's an issue). I phoned the service department where I bought the car and they told me that the owner's manual is incorrect: only one of the key fobs will remember the seat adjustment. I'm kind of leaning towards thinking the service department guy is wrong (he didn't know the answer to my question and had to call me back). It seams like a simple issue to have each key fob remember seat positions --so I'm thinking they probably both do this if I could set it up correctly.

Can anyone help me?
