I'm stuck. I've lost the entire DRL/headlight combo on the left side. At this point, I'm leaning toward it being a blown fuse, but, based on the owner's manual and actual fuse panel, nothing makes sense.

The owner's manual states the left headlight fuse should be in position C1, the lowest left fuse of the below photo.

But, there is no fuse present in slot C1. So, the headlight fuse must be somewhere else. Can anyone provide some insight to its actual location? Thanks!
