hi all I have a 2008 Q7 and my mmi goes on then off and nothing works after that then sometimes it will come on and the radio will work but no boutons and the screen stays on navi? thanks for the help.

Try replacing the mmi button pad, usually those fail. But first if you have any experience with auto yourself pull up the trim where the button pad connections are check connections there. Usually the pad fails over time in the Q7

MMI is easy and cheap to replace. Then update the 2008 MMI to this Android Multimedia for Apple Play, streaming music, and more Apps.

I update the MMI from my wife's 2007 Q7 to the latest Multimedia, upgraded the cargo area, and added the ambient lightings.
