hi all,
Recently purchased my 1st audi(1997 A3 1.6 Sport)& i am very impressed with its ride & build quality. It runs like an absolute dream most of the time, but hasjust one niggley fault. When pulling away in 1st gear the revs have a tendancy to drop off even though giving the engine plenty of throttle.this can be quite embarrasing at roundabouts/juctions etc.I have had the car to a local audi specialist & had new parts fit(air mass meter/throttle housing stripped & cleaned/new plugs & leads/temp sensor)but none of this work has cured the fault.
Any of you knowledgeable audi owners out there got any suggestionsor anyone having similar sorts of probs with their vehicles.
thanks all,Gilly
