Alright, I think this is the right place for this post (first time). I just found that my radio in my 1990 Audi 100 does not work anymore. I had some problems before where the power knob would just not turn it on, but with a few twists it would turn on. I have finally decided that it will never come back, since it has been almost three weeks. I don't believe it is a power problem, since when I turn the lights on, the red lights behind the knobs turn on. I would like to install a cd radio, already knowing that I would have to buy a harness, but I didn't know that my speakers would blow if I didn't bypass the amplifier. Does anyone know anything about this? And if so, how to fix it? I don't want to spend that much (I was only going to spend about $80 for the cd radio and harness) and I don't want to spend $120 for professionals to make a wire change. Please help! Thanks!
