I am wondering a few things about the 1988 Audi 80 Quattro 5 Speed transmission
-How durable is it under normal use (stock motor)?
-What is the input spline diameter, count, length?
-How much torque realistically can the transmission (including front diff) support?
-How much does the transmission assembly weigh?
Thanks. I know not all of these questions will be answered, but what ever I can get is much appreciated. I am contemplating eventually putting a small block ford behind this tranny if it can support it without detonating. I am not planning on doing clutch dumps and the like, but I will get on it.
