Audi A3 sline 2TDI

I have audi A3 Sline 2015, and has engine problem, Ive took the car to Audi specialist in Leicester to be checked and they came back to me with the shock of my life, (car need new engine) because one of the cylinder is broken , and might have sign of fragments of metal,(thats coming from the diagnostic report)
the car has only 58k on the clock. looks like it will cost me fortune to fix the engine and I really dont where to go from here,
What is the best way to tackle the issue , any help really appreciated.
Thanks
