S4 seats

Hey guys. I just purchased an 05 S4 and the driver seat motor won't go up and down. I can see the motor spinning but won't push/pull the seat up or down. It works every other way just fine. I was told that the motor is the same in the passenger seat as the drivrs and for now just plan on swapping them since most people riding don't usually adjust ride height.

My question is, what's the easiest way to do the swap? I can't figure out/find how to remove the side panel on the seat to get easy access to the motor. Another thought was if its easier to unbolt the seat to get at it that way?

Any suggestions welcome, thank you in advanced!
